It might not surprise you to know that The RADicalities are from Adelaide, but what might be eyebrow rising is the fact that this indie pop 3 piece are pretty darn good!
The lads won the Stirling Apex club battle of the bands in 2010 and came second this year in the Burnside battle of the bands, and although Elliott Sarre, Matt Howard and Harry Watts are in their teens, you wouldn’t know it by the cheeky swagger of The Wombats’-esque track ‘Sticks & Stones’. Check out a live clip of them performing the track below and just listen to the girls screaming!
The lads even managed to find the time to record a 5 track EP last year between school and watching cartoons that can be purchased by getting in contact with the band via Sarre at elliot.sarre@gmail.com. Catch The RADicalities along with ICYU, Brazen Kids Of York and The Shiny Brights this Friday September 19 at Higher Ground when they take part in the first Oxford Comma, Adelaide’s only all ages indie night. - 5/4 Entertainment

Bio
The Radicalities are an indie pop band from Adelaide. We formed early 2010 and have been working hard ever since. Some major influences of our include the likes of The Wombats, The Kooks and Phoenix. We are made up of guitar, bass, drums and vocals and the three of us are all 15 years of age. We have written many original songs and in a live setting we play them with a lot of energy. In 2010, we came first in the Stirling Apex Club Battle of the Bands despite the fact we were the youngest band in the competition. In 2011 we received second place in the Burnside Battle of the Bands. In 2012 we hope to play a lot more gigs and get a name for ourself in Adelaide.
