Bio
The Radio Cure is an
independent band from Tulsa, OK. The band focuses on creating a unique sound that draws upon their influences of the early Delta Blues style fused with today's indie rock. The band plays mainly originals but also showcases cover songs from groups such as the Beatles, Leadbelly, R.L. Burnside, among others. The group consists of three pieces: Josh Dorris, guitar and vocals, Mark Goodman, bass guitar and background vocals, and Lincoln Cornshucker, drums and percussion. The group plays venues in the Tulsa region.
When the band was under the name the 3 Godfathers, they had the privilege of playing the Cain’s Ballroom, the Mabee Center, Tulsa Blues Fest, the 2009 Backwoods Bash Festival, and various other venues in and around the Tulsa area.
