"Skratch mag w/ Bob Burkwitz"

'I need you to join hands and thank our guardian. He created Moses, he created Noah and now he has created...The Randies. A revolution of sight and mind, a, a, a, plethura of enjoyment for your synapses. If you need a song to tune out "Who Killed the Radio Star" then go to www.therandies.com for all your answers. If you need an anthem to kill your boyfriend, well, then these four young ladies have your song. It's catchy, it's poppy, its, its, it should be on the fucking radio right this very second. It all my years of writing reviews I have never heard a CD this good. Be the cool kid on your block and be The Randies biggest fan. If you don't, I have a Menudo tape you can buy".-Bob Burkwitz

"The Randies Reviewed"

"Even a miserable old prick like me couldn't help but be won(and subsequently bowled over) by their great songs, pretty harmonies, and overall sunny SoCal exuberance-if those attributes weren't enough to do the trick, there also happens to be plenty of evidence that these chicks know how to fuckin' ROCK! It's like the Go-Gos got back together and discovered a secret cache of youth serum, sucking down bottle after bottle until they were ready to fucking EXPLODE with teenage girl energy!"...Tim Lakritz.......Trash Compactor

"The Randies Friendship Motor Inn Review"

The Randies' pop punk rock in the vein The Ramones, The Beatles, Blondie and The Pixies is exceptionally thrilling. The band shows a great ability in creating good harmonies, guitar work and catchy songs. There are obvious elements of The Beach Boys and The Beatles in the song "Rock Star" while "Put Out" shows the faster and alienated side of The Randies, bringing to light lead guitar work brimming with talent. The conclusive "Boys In Stereo" demonstrates once again that these girls have all the properties to bring their music to the world. Watch The Randies closely because they seem very near to realizing their dream, "We wanna be rock stars". Their passion moves us and thrills us. It is at the same time utopia, and a real part of life".........Bruno Rossi, Teenage Angst Italian Rock Webzine..........Demo Review

"Girls Just Wanna Have Fun!!!"

"Girls just wanna have fun! These four punkettes can do no wrong in my book as their powerful assimilation of the Go-Gos, Pretenders, the Muffs, the Runaways and of course, Blondie thrill and excite on every level".....Kevin Matthews, webzine review fufkin.com - Fufkin

Bio

A few years ago The Randie gals met on the stage of Mr. T's Bowl in Highland Park, Ca. (Arlo, Maxeen, Get Set Go) All a part of LA's growing underground independent scene, the girls took a liking to each other and decided then and there that they would quit their current projects and start one of their own. They melded their mutual love of early punk, sixties pop, a touch of country, and secret lust for power ballads to create their own brand of infectious melody driven power-pop. What sets these gals apart from the rest is their tight live harmonies and energetic performances. No one can leave a Randies show with out a smile on their face and a tune stuck in their head. The Randies perform regularly in LA's Kiss or Kill club scene with their cohorts The Dollyrots, Bang Sugar Bang, and Silver Needle. Look out world- here comes The Randies!!!
