"Close, Time will tell"

D.G. - Extremely impressed with your music as far as the realm your aiming for in hip hop. I know we have only seen this in a couple artists in your genre and there arent many out to date. Though you have appeal and are very crafty, We challenge you to work harder to perfect your sound. Here at Mash Up we love the avenue that your traveling, we will keep watch as you continue down your path with eagerness and excitement in hopes of working together in the future - Beth R. - Mash Up

"Review of The Tune Up Project"

Even though this may have been poorly mixed i cant help but to listen to this artist. Lyrics and topics I can relate to as an adult living in the real world, and not the streets makes for his appeal. Awaiting L.KP - Mixtape Pass Reconz

"Does anyone hear this kid?"

Dan Gary aka D.G. is the next up in Pittsburgh hip hop. He is a Nightmare lyrically, with a playful sense of realism that it seems he lived threw. Ok yea i know him personally but everyone i run into that listens to music i let them check him out... They always seemed. Shocked.. Look out for this kid... - Machmania

Bio

With the likes of Wiz Khalifa, Mac Miller, Boaz, The 58's... Pittsburgh, PA is finally making noise on the national hip hop scene. However, a legion of talent inside the Steel City is still untapped. D.G. (born Dan Gary) is prepared to be the next artist to emerge from this heap of emcees and bring Pittsburgh further into hip hop prominence. Influenced by the music of Outkast, Eminem, Nas, 2pac and countless others, Dan began his assault on music at the age of 15. Mixing the gritty rhyme styles of the '90s golden era hip hop he loves, with his own unique, new school attitude, D.G. has been grinding relentlessly to make his mark on the rap game. Now, D.G. is stepping out on his own with the focused on his craft and is ready to make his own stamp in the industry.
