“EXHIBIT K” - The Evolution of K-AOS in the ‘71(8)45’

As the merging area codes in the title of his upcoming album suggests, location has been at the heart of the evolution of Isiah “K-AOS” Echevarria, better known today as “KAOS.”  Having spent much of his youth traveling between the streets of the Bronx and the calmer, yet no less controversial, neighborhoods of Rockland County, KAOS uses many of his dueling experiences as the basis of the realities and fantasies heard in his captivating story-telling on”71(8)45.”

KAOS’s growth as a hip-hop artist/lyricist/producer is more than evident on his second solo project, the highly-anticipated follow-up to his 2009 debut release “Thinking Out Loud.”  With the first track  “Exhibit K” serving as an autobiographical taste of what the new album has to offer, “71(8)45” in its entirety is a reflection of the natural progression of his lyrical artistry with a range of heart-felt, verse-driven tracks (“Eyes Closed”) and party-starters (“Tell Me What You Know”) signature of KAOS’s smooth, transitional style.

Over the past four years the momentum for KAOS’s career has been building with a steady stream of performances throughout the New York tri-state area.  KAOS has been the featured artist at numerous concert venues including NYC’s Copacabana (formerly known as China Club), Quo, Eden, and the famed Nuyorican Poets Café.  As his music continues to garner attention and airplay via the Desert Storm team of DJs at the top-rated NYC hip-hop stations Hot 97 and Power 105.1, it is becoming clear that the next stop for KAOS after New York will be the world!
