Bio

â€‹Out of the gritty streets of Buffalo NY, a star has grown from the concrete; he's known as L-Biz. Raised in a musical family, Donald "L-Biz" Foreman learned the strenght of music early on. From his church youth choir led by his grandmother Cora to the in house recording studio owned by his cousin and mentor "XL" is where he began to develop as a singer/songwriter and hip-hop lyricist. It is there where he began to craft hooks and song concepts for aspiring hip-hop artists from his hometown. Having little priority placed on him as an artist on Many Stylez Records, L-Biz began his own Coalition movement which brought together artists from the Queen City and Harlem NY for what turned in to a two part compilation serious (The Coalition Vol. 1-2) featuring the likes of Harlem born producer Ron Browz and URL battle rap icon T-Rex.

During the 3rd installment of his Solo mixtape series "I Get's Bizzy" is when L-Biz, also known as Bizzy, began to gain major attention. At the close of 2009 Bizzy's "Hold You" was nominated for Single of the Year by 93.7FM. L-Biz was also featured on Def Poet and Hip Hop recording artist Quadir Lateef's "The Enemy" produced by the legendary Dj Green Lantern. In 2010 & 2011 the success continued when L-Biz was again nominated for awards at the 2nd and 3rd annual WBLK 93.7FM Unsigned Hype Awards. During the 2nd annual award show L-Biz was named Hip-Hop Artist of the Year for Western New York and Southern Ontario Canada. He also garnered nominations in the Producer of the Year, Single of the Year, and People Choice award categories.
Hacclaimed concept album "The Flight Plan - A Love Story" which tells the tale of a rising hip-hop star and his timultuous relationship along the road to stardom. The album was a huge underground success in Atlanta and Buffalo respectively, and the lead single "Can't Let Go" received praise from the likes of DTR45 Records CEO Tone Cafero, and Juno Award Nominated Producer Fresh Kils.

As a seasoned Hip-Hop/R&B talent L-Biz has collaborated with legendary artists Rapper Big Pooh, Uncle Murda, and most recently LOX (Jadakiss, Styles P, Sheek Louch). Currently he is promoting his 2014 ISB Music release "Ya Heard Dat" which is currently available on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon and more.
