Lyrics

Blue Skies

Written By: Gary Schwenke

Rain like a river flowing down on me
Flood waters rising around my feet
Cold winds are howling at my door
Waves crashing down on my shore

But I got blue skies, I see sunlight in your eyes
I've got your love to keep me warm
If I got you babe, I can weather any storm

Storm clouds are rolling, sky turns gray
Ain't see the sunshine in ten damn days
Never seen a winter quite so cold
But there ain't nothin gonna cloud my soul

Cause I got Blue Skies, I see sunlight in your eyes
I've got your love to keep me warm
If I got you babe, I can weather any storm
