The Red Team are an exceptionally high-energy power-pop group based in Brooklyn, NYC. The band is catchy like Costello, nervy like the Pixies. The show is raucus, the guitars are loud. Todd and Dave's harmonies leap from the rafters like killer bats. Todd [R.] pounds with the force of a thousand Bonhams, which may sound hyperbolic but in fact it's really true. Brian Betancourt is slick motherfucker, and he plays guitar. The Red Team throws more music at you in one minute than you could ever possibly handle. It's seizure-pop.
