The Redux

The Redux

BandRockAlternative

Encapsulating the classic sounds of rock from the 60s and influenced by the grunge era of the early 90s, The Redux write in a style similar to The Beatles and Nirvana, riff like Rage Against the Machine, jam like Zeppelin and groove like the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Biography

By spring of 2005, it was time for two old friends, both named Paul, to focus on a new endeavor. One would play guitar and the other would play bass. Both would sing. But neither of them knew any drummers and they weren't sure of who was out there. An ad was soon placed online and a few tire kickers responded only to never be heard from again...until Andrew.

Before long a meeting was setup. First impressions went well and it was evident to everybody that the impromptu jam was thumping. After talk of musical interests and vision, it became obvious that Andrew was anxious to hear what sort of original songs were in the making. And they were more than anxious to show him.

A few riffs later, they knew they should keep on playing...
