Played in Sarge (Mud/Parasol Recs) from 1996-99, solo from 1999-2001, in the Reputation (Lookout and Initial Recs) from 2002-06. Both bands received lots of press, including Rolling Stone, Spin, AP, NY Times, LA Times, Entertainment Weekly, CMJ Punk Planet, Magnet etc. Community-wise: indie/DIY/punk. Music-wise: indie/rock/pop/punk, I guess. Shows with Death Cab, Hold Steady, the Killers, the Pretenders, Jimmy Eat World, Modest Mouse, Ted Leo, Sleater Kinney, Donnas, Lou Barlow, Juliana Hatfield, Ida, Alkaline Trio, At The Drive In, Lucero, Braid, blah blah blah.
