We are talented, versatile and party-proven band that brings fun and exciting danceable music to all types of events.
We perform a wide variety of musical styles, ranging from Blues, Classic Rock, Pop/Rock 60's, 70's, 80's, Country , Motown, 40’s Swing, 50’s Rock & Roll and Jazz. The Ride can provide live music for all occasions. The Ride features one female and two male lead vocalists. Our instrumentation includes drums, keyboards, keyboard bass, electric and acoustic guitar.
Louise has delighted audiences across Western Canada for 18 years with her memorable smokey blues voice and her unique warmth and charm. She plays guitar and mandolin and she writes songs that sing their way into your soul. She openly shares her joyful approach to life and music with every audience and people are left with the feeling of being a part of something very special.
Wicked Hot Guitar Licks, Great Vocals, that's The Ride's guitar player Greg Vetsch. Mark Knoppler, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Eric Clapton, are just a few guitar players Greg has been compared to. He's also been influenced by Delbert Mclinton and Rodney Crowell's music. Havin' said all this it makes Greg very versitile and entertaining. Playing music from coast to coast is what Steve's done most of his life. He plays with a passion. You really have to see him on stage to appreciate his talent. Kinda looks like Michael McDonald and he really plays like a monster musician. Steve's list of famous people he's worked with goes on and on. His repitoire does too, everything from Floyd Kramer's "Last Date" to "Hush" by Deep Purple. "Very humble & very talented " Rob starts the song at the beginning and stops it at the end and does all the right stuff in between. Rob enjoys all styles of music and plays the songs just like the record.
