Bio

The Rowdy Shadehouse Funk Band has been asked "How did you get together?". After a small discussion they were able to conclude that their meeting was both suspicious and unorthodox... On a Rainy night, with the smell of asphalt still lingering in the parking lot, Chris Marquez and Chase McQuade were once again working a nowhere, dead-end gig. So often were these gigs that Chris and Chase developed a melancholic fellowship. Once again short changed and drunk, they deliberated over a cigarette they found in the women's bathroom. After the questions of God and politics subsided, they were still curious in the rationalization of their depression. They came to the fact that all they needed was a twisted, perverted and generally effed up front man. They returned into a quite dismal scene that they, up until this point, regarded as home. Candidly, they were not looking forward to finishing another 4 hour set of butchered blues music for $20 pay. Suddenly, from within the crowd of destitutes and homeless drunks, a man came forth wanting to jam, Master Jon Thursday. The debauchery which ensued was both mesmerizing and shameful. The drummer that they were playing with wanted nothing to do with the molestation of blues and rock. Chris and Chase immediately recognized they had a good thing going. Only one question remained, where were they to find a naive, young college dropout who also played drums. Chris pointed out that he lived with one. And thus Max joined in their descent (exploration) into the abyss of red wine, easy women and rock & roll; respectively. Dictated, but not read.
