Bio
The Rubato Project are a four piece Alternative/Prog Rock/Indie band from Stornoway. Consisting of K.D Macleod (guitar/vocals), Jamie Morrison (bass), Micheal Mackay (guitar/vocals) and Brian Macleod (drums). Started as a college band doing covers, the band soon began writing their own original material. Y.M.H. records were impressed and within a month a 4-track E.P was recorded. The band quickly got some shows under their belt including a gig in successful venue “The Ironworks” for their E.P launch, and support slots for William Campbell, The Open Day Rotation, Dragging the Lake and Crash My Model Car
