Punk rock is alive in New Jersey and The Scandals are proof positive of that. Since they formed in 2004, they have played an eclectic mix of venues, ranging from basements to bars, colleges, and major clubs, they have slowly but surely gained the crowd and the following most local bands strive for. After years of developing their sound and releasing a number of demos, they ironically matured with their previous EP Entitled To Youth.
The Scandals bring their energy from packed basement shows to your speakers with their first full length entitled The Sound Of Your Stereo. From start to finish, this album is a guaranteed roller coaster ride.
The Scandals recorded 14 tracks at the legendary Jersey City recording studio Big Blue Meenie, and mastered by Alan Douches of West West Side Music, The Sound Of Your Stereo will definitely add a few anthems to your summer.
