The Schwartz Family is a Christian Country music group from Sturgis, MI. They are known for their original music mainly written by group member Tobey Schwartz. Tobey has had songs released by groups such as Malachi and The Inspirations. The Inspirations recorded Tobeys song "I Will Praise Him." And in 2005 it was voted one of the top 5 southern gospel songs in southern gospel music and nominated for song of the year at the National Quartet Convention. "One Heart At A Time" also written by Tobey, was The Schwartz Familys first charting single in 2007. The next hit song "Just Goodbye For Now" was penned by Tobeys brother Jesse in 2008. It climbed all the way to number 4 on the Powersource Magazine Bluegrass Charts. Carma Schwartz Kelley, a sister to Tobey and Jesse, wrote a touching song about a miscarriage she had in 2003. "Until I Can" has received Honorable Mention in a Nashville Songwriting competition( and is being used at pregnancy hotlines and hospitals to help women cope with their personal tragedies.
