The Shana Stack Band

National Award winning Shana Stack is known throughout the region for her professional vocals as well as her upbeat stage presence. She has performed throughout the East Coast and into Canada. Shana's debut CD "Can't Slow Down" has been played around the US and in Europe. Recently, Shana had the honor of singing O Canada before the Nascar Truck Race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway which was also played on national television. When not performing, Shana is a voice teacher and the mid-day DJ at 98.7 Wink Country.

Ed Leavitt (vocals, rhythm guitar, songwriter)- Lifetime singer and songwriter, Ed began his first adventures into the music world at the tender age of eight years old, when he wrote his very first song. Through the years, Ed has performed in many groups, and was fortunate to have the opportunity to open for a number of established Nashville artists. Ed has been practicing the art of songwriting for nearly 30 years, and is a current ASCAP and NSAI (Nashville Songwriters Association International) member.

John Sanchez (Lead guitar)- John earned his BA in music from Eastern Michigan. The classical guitar and its music became his passion. He developed the discipline needed while studying under guitarist Nelson Amos, PhD. While John lived in Colorado with his wife, he played electric guitar in rock bands and caught the “bluegrass bug“. He purchased a bass guitar and joined a bluegrass band. He was then introduced to the mandolin.

John currently teaches at Blue Mountain Guitar. John is again studying classical as well as finger style guitar in general. Besides classical pieces, he is working on the jazz style of Tuck Andress, as well as country chicken picking. It is through the teaching process that he learned the most about this instrument.

Jim Eibner (steel guitar)-Jim became interested in pedal steel back in the "good old days" while under the influence of Gram Parsons and the New Riders of the Purple Sage. His professional career got off the ground with the legendary Rhode Island country rockers, Tumbleweed Connection. Since moving to New Hampshire, Jim has played with Yvonne and the Reverbs, the Fulton Sisters, No Fences, the Kelly Clark Band, Blazen, NH Rock Bottom Band (winners of national competition), Rachael Rice and the Cosmic Americans, and others. As a guest, or opening act, he has shared the stage with Sara Evans, Aaron Tippen, Tom Rush, Merrigan and Dailey, Foghat, John Kay, and Pat Travers

Rick Leavitt (drums)-Rick grew up in a home filled with traditional country music which has remained a strong influence on him over the years. At the age of 12, he began playing drums. At age 16, he and his brother, Ed, formed their first band, called "Country Express" which included two other neighborhood brothers. Country Express went on to open for major artists such as TG Shepard, Johnny Russell, and Ernest Tubb.

Over the years, Rick has played with many bands in the area and had the opportunity to play with Dick Curliss, Dave Dudley and Marty Haggard. Rick has also opened for such artists as JoDee Messina and Chuck Wicks.

Kevin Miller (Bass)-Kevin started playing professionally in high school, playing tenor sax in various bands. He has opened for several 60's era acts including The Who, Steppenwolf, Iron Butterfly, and The Youngbloods. Kevin has gigged on two rare occasions, with Frank Zappa and Albert King. Kevin switched from saxophone to Fender Bass in 1970 and has specialized in bass playing since
