The Silhouettes were formed in early 2005 and descibe themselves as "The sound of Nancy Sinatra and The Marvelettes having a gang bang with Louis Armstrong and Brian Wilson in Sam Cooke's dad's church while listening to Rubber Soul"
Influenced by a childhood spent listening to Motown, Sam Cooke and Eddie Cochran instead of drinking cider and fingering girls in the park.
