"Album Review"

"They provide a brand of aggressive indie rock, doused with dancy keyboards, and an abundance of catchy gang vocals unlike any band I have ever heard before...With all that being said, “Some Kind of Cosmonaut” is an irresistibly catchy record you will find yourself humming and singing along to in no time." - indievision music

"Album Review"

"Listen to the sonic boom coming from above, because Grand Rapids' The Skies Revolt have spent the last 3 years flying forward so fast, some of their earliest ideas are just now catching up to them."

- Recoil Magazine

"Album Review"

"5 out of 5 stars ...a sonic jihad...amazingly fun. This young Michigan band seems to be having the time of their lives...their honesty, passion and aggression are strongly appreciated commodities in the days of bands that spend more time on their hair and wardrobe than on their tunes." - Punkbands.com

"Album Review"

"More Variety in one song than I have ever heard...Unable to decide on one genre to be placed into, The Skies Revolt is pioneering a sound..."
- Shei Magazine

"Album Review"

"A spastic quirky hardcore sound...breaking out and getting attention at a national scale, taking the MicroKorg age to the next level. If you are tired of metal and want something more than your average hardcore band, The Skies Revolt may be what you are looking for." - Uprise Zine

"Spotlight"

"This outfit is all over the place Musically, They certainly wont be accused of trying to sound like everybody else." - HM Magazine
