The Skinny Pancake is a creperie in Burlington, VT with a deep commitment to local foods & sustainability. We maintain a cart on Burlington's Church Street Marketplace, a vending operation which tours in our vegetable-oil powered school bus and a storefront on the Burlington Waterfront.
