The Soundyear is the solo project of Matthew Murphy (Austin, TX). Taking new directions from former project The Olive League, Murphy creates low-fi soundscapes with dark sarcastic lyrics over catchy hooks. They paint pictures that stick with you— whether you want them to or not.
