Bio

The Spy Radio began transmitting in late 2002. Hailing from the Detroit area home of such diverse artists as Eminem, Kid Rock and The White Stripes, Spy Radio has forged a sound all their own. Not following trends and staying true to the idea that "a good song, is a good song" Spy Radio draws on influences from a wide range of artists such as; Green Day, Cheap Trick, Fountains of Wayne, Weezer and others.

Since their first show to an audience of two, The Spy Radio has come a long way. The band had shared the stage with Major Label acts such as; Bowling for Soup, Zebrahead, Lola Ray and others. As well as performing as part of the International Pop Overthrow (Chicago and Nashville)

In May 2005 the band will be entering the studio working with NOTABLE area producer/engineer, Bob Lablaw (Winged Leopards of Fury, The Krazy Street Hobo's, Fendley's Fast Fingers of Fate and The Plymouth Pilgrims) to record their sophmore release.
