Bio
The Star Spangled Badgers formed in January 2009, with Gareth joining in summer 2009. The Badgers have received a warm welcome on the Belfast gig scene mixing heavy hitting bass lines with catchy vocals to produce their own version on Funk Rock. The band named their first EP Suit Up and subsequently decided to dress in Suits for each stage performance, giving them a unique appearance.
The band take influence from early funk rock legends like The Jimi Hendrix experience to more recent acts like The Red Hot Chili Peppers.
