Bio

Whoever thought of music recorded in Hamburg, St. Pauli, and one of Germany‘s deepest countryside regions, lovingly called „Sauerland“, might not have thought of Steve Burner‘s ZZ Top-ish, the late 60s reciting, balls having Rock.

THE STEVE BURNER PROJECT EXPERIENCE is a music project brought into being by the beginning of 2011 by Steve Burner, a Artist and Musician with several previous bands. Disappointed by how interpersonal problems can affect the success of and the fun that a band can have, he decided to run his own business, just doing the music he deeply feels.
No Compromises - Only Rock’N’Roll

But he‘s not really a solo artist: The Steve Burner Project Experience does not only live on Steve‘s recordings, but also on the live Experience, from different musicians coming together, each putting his style into the experience. Steve gets musicians from the most differential music genres together : a Punk guitarist, a drummer of a metal band, a Psych Rock Bass player - to be continued. You never know who you may see on stage, but that’s what the Project Experience is about. It‘s a modern super group, not determined on its members - and they‘ll give you a wild destructive show, burning guitars not excluded.
The ultimate LIVE Experience!
They’ll show you The Burning Way Of Life!

Their first EP “Feel The Fire” was released on CPF//Records in 2011.
It features RAW Non-Bullshiting Blues Punk written and recorded by Steve Burner himself
The Experience doesn‘t know and doesn‘t need any controls - it‘s about ironic honesty and about the way that a rocker sees the world - according to Steve Burner, the world of beards, hats and beer.

The Steve Burner Project Experience means approaching 70s rock with a Punk rock attitude and a not inconsiderable hint to the great times of 60s psychodelic music. The most important thing is: Steve Burner is honest and doesn‘t follow dictates of modern songwriting.

Anyway, what it‘s all about is the live light bulb moment.
