Meet the Storeys: a husband/wife acoustic duo consisting of Ashley and BJ Storey. They sing, they write, they play. They're southern. They're adaptable. They love homeless people, especially that one named Jesus.
As successful local performers, they met in 2006 under the guise of playing music together. They soon fell in love and were married in 2007. They decided that before they had their first child that they must record an album. Fast forward to December of 2008. Ashley is seven months pregnant singing vocals into a mic in Nashville while BJ is strumming his guitar on the other side of the glass. The next spring, they release said album for free on NOISETRADE.COM/THESTOREYS. After all, who doesn't love free music?
Even though they spend all their free time now with a toddler named Lucy, they still love to play music, covered in peanut butter & jelly and Cheerios or not. They are available to play at venues, coffee shops, and backyards across the nation. The Storeys are also available to lead worship at your church or youth retreat.
