The act is an eclectic mix of Rock, Blues, Funk, Soul, Hip Hop – made up of well know musicians and performers with a killer live ??show! Audiences have compared The Suit, Ty and Thurrsty to The John Mayer, Black Keys and White Stripes, even The Red Hot Chilly Peppers, James Brown and ZZ Top… but all people agree that they are unique - focusing on the show and on the music. ?The band is designed around the audience - always upbeat - always high energy!
The Suit is a 2X, 1st round, winner of The King of the Blues guitar contest (CT) and was a finalist, 2011 CT Music Awards and is endorsed by OCCINERRI Guitars. Tyree and Bigg Thurrsty play top stages like The Apollo The Iridium, The Woodstock Summer Fest, Brooklyn Music Fest., Governor’s Island Music Fest – CT/NY/NJ music festivals - with well know stars and are sought after for studio and live performances throughout the northeast.
