The Sunset Kids

"Miracles happen"....that is absolutely the way I've wanted to start writing our BIO....My name is Ally...Ally V... and I was born very far away in cold and such a strange, unknown to American world, Russia. Yes, I am Russian and I am very proud of it. Despite well-known stereotypes, (well, some of them are truth and some  - are a ridiculous joke!!!), Russia is a great unique country that breathes art in and out.....

...Growing up in very artistic family, all get togethers were made more special with my dad playing guitar and mom singing along, I had no other option but to fall in love with music!  I Fell in love with the whole idea of people getting together to sing, share and express their emotions with each other through music.

...Meanwhile, on the other side of the world,  a young boy was also growing amongst a very musical family. Since his early childhood he was madly in love with guitar and aspired to become a great musician. At an early age, Josh J. Palmer, was discovered as a young talent and received special grants for music lessons, which began his long journey into his current music career. By the age of 20, Josh was recognized as one of the top 5 best singers and musicians according to Canadian Idol, yet he possesses the potential to greatly exceed this. This incredibly energetic and gifted musician was always waiting for a special someone with whom, he could turn the world of music into an atomic energy source that makes crowds of people listen, dance, sing along and most importantly to feel this positive energy reciprocated.

And, yes, you are right, I guess this special someone was me. Since our first talk, I knew this is the musician I was searching for to become inspired by and was able to see music from a different perspective.   Neither geographical borders, nor language and cultural differences could stop us from creating a band that we simply called the SUNSET KIDS, just because we both were born at dusk.
