The Sunshine Law

Inspired by bands like The Faces, The Band and The Stones - bands who play for the love of playing live and well, having fun. Isn't that what music's about? The lead singer and songwriter of the band, Duncan McCormick, has mixed parentage. His mother is from the West Indies and Father from England. His Grandfather was an opera singer so the music stayed in the genes. Because of his Indian looks, as the front man, The Law are not your typical looking rock'n'roll band. They have grown together as friends and as a band and as such their chemistry and tightness on stage is not an act. Frustrated by watching bands who looked the part but never delivered good tunes or anthems to sing along to, the Law deliver good time rock'n'roll with killer hooks, and great melodies that are winning them new fans around London
