"The Tartarsauce Traditional Jazz Band Plays The Arrangements of Chet Bogan & The Wolverine Jass Band by A.C. Stone"

Chet Bogan's arrangements are played in the Tartarsauce style, it's tight, happy Chicago Jazz presented by a group that knows what it's doing. Trudell & Parker provide fine solos on "South". Shermetaro shines on "Everybody Loves My Baby". "Do You Know What It Means To Miss New Orleans is all Parker's. The leader (Ron Kischuk) is evident on most of the takes but most notably on "Milenberg Joys" and "Wolverine Blues". Cochill sounds right at home with this group, and does an especially good job on "I've Been Waiting For Your Phone Call For 18 Years". This music is fine swinging dixieland jazz. - The Jazz Scene Paper/The Greater Detroit Jazz Club

"Fish & New Orleans"

It's classic traditional New Orleans with Judie Cochill singing Bessie Smith. She tells a story with the lyrics. - Observer Eccentric Newspaper
