The Telluric Currents sound has been described as folk, anti-folk, freak folk, baroque folk, folk rock and blip-core. Our genre is essentially multi-generational picnic music, best enjoyed near trees and water with beer or a juice box.

Set List

Our set is about 1/4 instrumental fingerpicking sometimes in the style of Bert Jansch or Elizabeth Cotton, amongst others. Most of the set is sung original songs, with various degrees of any number of genres including rockabilly, celtic, country blues, and pop punk. We always throw in a few covers, maybe Nikki Sudden song, maybe a Grateful Dead tune, maybe a rare oldies song.
