The Thralls

The Thralls

Our sound is a wash of melodic, reverb-drenched guitar lines and harmonic vocals, underpinned by distorted bass and fast-paced, danceable beats. Our live performances are something to be reckoned with.

“Definitely The Band To Watch” - Fear Of Fiction

The Thralls are based in Bristol and take influence from bands such as The Smiths and The Horrors.

The Thralls have worked with the likes of, Gerard Langley (The Blue Aeroplanes), Damon Minchella (Ocean Colour Scene, Paul Weller’s Band, The Who), Jon Harper (Cooper Temple Clause, CSS) and Tony Butler (Big Country).

We also received a shout out from the band Eagles Of Death Metal while onstage at Reading/Leeds Festival.

“The Thralls - Perky Indie Pop/Rock with nicely jabbing guitars and a post Smiths writing style whilst not being particularly Smiths like...More Vampire Weekend (Guitars) meets Bloc Party (Speed and intensity) with an organic Wave Pictures type grooviness...but all in an original talent. Likey likey.”
