The Tilt Room is an acoustic duo, Michael Swindell on guitar and vocals & Matt Dacierno on bass, from Pittsburgh, PA established 2002. Originality and passion is a focal point in the bands songwriting style. It's as if by fate that these two grew up in the same neighborhood, feeding and bouncing ideas off of each other comes seamlessly to the duo. Their style is comprised of pulsating rhythms and mesmerizing melodies that's accompanied by soulful vocals that come from the depths of the heart and evoke deep emotions within the listener. The Tilt Room is not your average acoustic band. They have an intense uniqueness about their style which is also prevalent in their live performance and sets the listener on a journey . Despite not having a drummer the duo manages to fill the void with their percussive and rhythmic style. They play with a passion that will leave you on the edge of your seat wanting more.
The Tilt Room has toured the State of New York, which included Brooklyn, Manhattan, Long Island, and parts of New Jersey. They also regularly play all around Pittsburgh and would like to spread their music to the rest of the United States and eventually the world.

It should be written with passion, dedication and an honesty that can’t be faked. We have always sought to write thought provoking and emotionally charged music.
