This production songwriting team came together at a young age but didnt form into a musical entity until later down their respective musical paths.... Dj Substance and Richard Banks grew up together as childhood friends..... A mutual love for music led them to performing together as artists .... Substance rapping and Banks doing vocalist parts and background vocals on their releases.... After releasing a few projects interest in being performers began to wane and the group fizzled shortly...... Both members eventually began to Dj...... Substance taking the name of Dj Substance and Banks taking on the name Dj Nyce.... The group began to slowly but surely take over the Dj scene of their local town, However , Banks soon found a passion for music production and songwriting...... With Dj Substance adding his finely tuned ear for music and song structure to Banks musical talents the partnership soon began to flourish , producing music for local and regional independent acts as well as artists across the nation. Seeing the potential in this partnership the duo began to formally push their partnership expanding their operations and taking on more artists in the goal of making good music... In December of 2008 The name Track Addixx was finally decided upon and the Track Addixx legacy officially began.... Most recent major credits Include a Neyo remix of "Closer" as well as Yung Berg's "Been Thru It All"
