Bio
The Trap developed from collaboration between Jonathan Hansard on lead guitar arranging songs written and sung by Kevin Click, and developed quickly to include Jake Hansard on drums and Jason Graham on bass. Erin Melugin Davis joined to add her vocal harmonies, and the band began to write more original material, performing locally with headliners such as LA’s Nico Vega and Sacramento’s Exquisite Corps. Wrapping up the recording for their debut, EP-Length Record Silence in the winter of 2011, the band released the record July 21, 2012.
