The smell of whiskey, cheap beer and cigarettes fills the dimly lit South Austin bar.. The Trim swaggers up to the stage - and so begins their sweet, harmonious adventure - they straddle the past and present - at once recalling the glory days of rock while effortlessly giving birth to a newborn sound that cries out to its mother with psychedelic ferocity and soulful emotion. Your eyes close as you take in the sounds - the familiar, yet, fresh melodies - the waves of electric guitar and hammond organ.. This is pure, this is powerful, this is loud, this is what rock and roll was always meant to be.
