Bio

Truth is an Haitian-American rapper. August 9th 1990 Truth was born in Brooklyn New york (St Mary's hospital in Bedford-Stuyvesant) from Haitian mother and father, Chantal and Alix. Three months after Truth's birth his parents decided to move to their origin country where he was raised. At the age of twelve Truth was showing a lot of interest to rap music, influenced by artists like Emenim and 50 Cent at the time. At the age of thirteen Truth met classmate Steve (Sniper) who increased his interest in rap, at that time he wrote everyday for almost a year and always dreamed to end up big. Turning fourteen in 2004 Truth lost all interest on writing rhyme but still remained a huge rap fan, until he had to move to his birth place (New York) due to political issues in Haiti. Living in New York for the first year was the worst experience for the fifteen years old boy, and since he lived fourteen years in Haiti he had to learn english fast to attend school.
In New York Truth met friends Bryan, Trent, Micheal, Lyster and more... who somehow influenced him to start writing again. After finishing High School in June 2007, Truth (was about to be seventeen) moved to Montreal, Canada to start university where he met best friends Scabarr, Benji, Nowa and Israel and where he started to gain more maturity.
Living in Montreal gave truth a dream and "his love for music made him translate his dream into letters then lines which he rhymed to make verses".
In febuary 2009 living in Canada with his cousin Leon (Kouveti Sekey) truth along with friend Benji decided to make an entertainement crew which he named Stand STR8 in which formal haitian rap group Bad Click should be featured.
