I am an 18 year old artist coming out of Altoona, PA to try and help make my city known for hip hop. To no surprise, most of you probably have no idea where and the hell Altoona is. Well, let me tell you. It is roughly 45 minutes away from State College(Penn State University) and about 2 hours away from Pittsburgh. I work heavily with another local artist, Slip, and we are doing all in our power to put on for our city and push our music. My major influences would have to be 2pac, Nas, Eminem, and 50 cent. However, I would not classify my music to be exactly like either of them. 2pac is and forever will be my favorite artist ever, and in my mind, the best. Nas is self explanatory; a guy of his lyrical caliber should be an influence to almost every rapper. Eminem and 50 cent were the two that really got me into hip hop and writing my own stuff. I feel as though with my music I am completely honest, which nowadays is hard to come by. That is why I go by "The Truth." No matter what you hear in a line or song you can know it is real. I am an artist that has a huge drive and motivation to get what I want, which is to be heard and listened to. I will not stop until I reach my goal.
