The unmentionables formed in October of 2001 and have entertained thousands with there high energy shows and their vast versatility when it comes to the different musical genres. The lead singer, James Maples, is a well accomplished and respected bass player as well as an accomplished singer. Audiences are always captivated by the fact that he plays the upright bass and his on stage antics are sure to leave you in stitches. John Welch is a gifted and respected guitar player. From Buck Owens to Eddie Van Halen, he has it covered. Rounding out the trio is high energy drummer, Gary Harden, who also shares duties as a singer. Together they make up the high octane band The Unmentionables. Many have said "It's simply amazing how they can go from playing Prince's Purple Rain to Johnny Cash's Folsom Prison. Their versatility is unmatched." The Unmentionables are based in Augusta, GA and are available for booking throughout the southeast. They are affordably priced and you can rest assured
