The van Arks

The van Arks are the lovechild of Mark + Camy-Sue van Ark.
Born out of their marriage in 2012, they first took the stage after saying their wedding vows. The Montreal duo evoke a wild youth-run-riot energy with their alternative sound. Angular guitars, lead bass lines and penetrating vocals; this emerging band is anything but cute. Backed by a hybrid electronic rhythm section; The van Arks are fierce, fearless, and unforgiving.

The van Arks played a showcase at NXNE in June 2015 and performed at CMW in May 2016. Their song “I Want It All” was featured on U.S. radio, The Rock Alternative 99.9 The Buzz, in September.

The van Arks’ debut EP lostlovelyvicious will be released in 2016.
