The story starts a very long time ago, when brothers Kamruz, Kamtin and Kamyab began playing music together at a young age. Unfortunantly no one in the family could sing, so once good friend Bradon met up with Kamtin, things began to click.
What The Vanity began doing was a dream; still is one. In one year the band has accumalated nearly 70,000 plays on myspace, has played with Hoobastank, She Wants Revenge and Augustana.
The Vanity isn't making the music they love for the popularity of the city, they do it for the beauty of music. For the chemical reaction it instills in its fans. Thats all music can be, a philosophy that has brought The Vanity to the brink of breakout.
