The Vicious Cycles play fast, loud, and greasy rock n roll about (what else?) sickles.
With a love of ratbikes and membership in a whole buncha bands that make you wanna get up and git down (Raised By Wolves, The Lizard People, James T Kirks, to name but a few) these five good for nuthin one percenters are Billy Bones (vocals/guitar), Skinny Tim (guitar), Rob (bass), Norman (theremin), and Jared (j-rat) on drums.
These guys are a must-see live band! Decked out in motorcycle tees and impresive cuffs, they’ll ride into the bar on their bikes, then have Billy Bones commanding the crowd to sing along to their anthem “Destroy” in between crooning an inspired combo of “No Good” and “Swing Low, Sweet Chariot.” Their catchy, dirty, sickle-inspired songs easily show up any band that dares to follow them and now that the rain is upon Vancouver and riding season is over, watch for more shows. The transplanted, 2-headed chopper riding bastard offspring of lizard people, The Vicious Cycles (mc) have taken over as the dirty bunch on wheels! Snarling engines, dark goggles, high handlebar sickle riding hoodlums going flat out on their murdercycles, prowling for kicks! They are howling hellcats humping a hot steel hog on a roaring rampage of rock and roll! The wildest of the wild ones. These cycle psychos lay waste to all with their motorpsycho-pathic cross-breeding of Guitar Wolf and Davie Allan!
