The V.O.T.C was Born and raised in Chicago IL, in a town called Pilsen, He obtained common sense and street smarts at a very early age and decided to incorporate from his everyday struggles to the finer things in life through the art internationally known as, Hip Hop. His tremendous desire to succeed in the music industry by using his voice as an instrument led him to making great inspirational music. He has successfully touched the hearts of those on the underground circuit, and is currently expanding his musical horizons. So full of determination and fire, He is constantly working very hard to accomplish his dreams of becoming a platinum selling recording artist in the Hip Hop Industry.
