The waters brothers

From baton rouge, la brothers ian and chas moved to rural ga ten years ago and brought the rich jazz and blues heratige to the sounds of bluegrass. The influence of electric blues, Rock and roll and classic pop music had there effect. More modern influences such as radio head and beck mixed with older things like te Beatles or led zeppelin create the melting pot of inspiration. In other bands before, the brothers began work in the same band five years ago. When that disbanded, they decided to write and record while looking to join another band. When no band materialized, they took two years of writing and hashed out a performance with just the two of them. That took a life of its own. They've since added a bassist and have continued to write, record and perform as the waters brothers.
