The Whiskey Council is a band out of Hudson, NY, headed by Janette Camardella, a songwriter out
of Springfield, MA. Their songs are fresh, passionate, and adventurous.
The band's influences include Alison Krauss and Union Station, Dolly Parton, Crooked Still, Melissa Etheridge, Lyle Lovett, and Old Crow Medici Show just to name a few. Manu Chao is evoked on their song "Los Pollos De Amor" and gives it a rocking country feel that will make you want to get on your feet and dance.
