"Rock For Trent"

"Rock for Trent was a benefit concert held at The Teen Outback Youth Center this past Saturday, December 9th in Huntingburg, Indiana. The purpose of the concert was to help pay the medical costs of three year old, Trent Zimmerman, who has been diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver. Bands that volunteered their time to the cause included local favorites, The Win System and others including A Perfect Mistake and Walt Whitman. The effort raised over $3000 for Trent's family." - Dubois County Herald

Bio

In a world full of trendy music, and insincere hearts, you begin to think all is lost, or soon will be. But out of the grassy plains of Southern Indiana emerge five young men, with heart and soul, who want to keep the music they know, alive and kicking.

With a youthful bounce and some very apparent naivete these men started what is now The Win System. A unique and slightly (un)attractive musical group who has set out to keep doing what they love, and keep the love in what they’re doing. The music combines in your face guitars, bass that is far too energetic to stay on the root note and drum work that you don’t get to hear much these days. As soon as you come to grips with the music the vocals hit you... right in the gut. Meet The Win System. We are here and ready to keep on trucking...and trucking...and trucking...
