Bio
The Winter Me was formed in late 2009 in Chicago, Illinois by Jason Johnson (vocals, guitar), Adam Cristelli (guitar), Justin Wexler (drums), and Eorl Scholl (bass). The band's main songwriter, Jason Johnson, was influenced greatly by Chicago greats The Smashing Pumpkins as well as cleaner, catchier sounding bands like The Strokes, U2 and The Raveonettes. They played their first show a couple months after forming at a small bar named Lily's and recorded their first demo a couple weeks after that. The Winter Me simply wants to accomplish being a great band and provide the masses with an alternative to what's already out there.
