Bio

The Wolfe Gang howls up a storm of swinging feel-good blues and retro-style R&B with their trademark style and humour.
From Goulburn to Queenscliff and Forth Valley, in venues large and small, Diana Wolfe and her 'Gang perform their eclectic and intense originals as well as lively and often wild interpretations of blues classics. The energy and outstanding playing of their live shows is captured on their latest CD, What's Cooking, recorded live at St Andrews Hotel by acclaimed sound engineer Rob Harwood (Geoff Achison, Cyndi Boste).
In late 2006 the 'Gang came third in the prestigious Melbourne Blues Appreciation Blues Performer of The Year competition, which attracts Victoria's best blues acts competing for the honor of representing Australia at the International Blues Competition in Memphis every year.
