Bio

This Down South rapper turned West Coast native, has incorporated dirty South rap and blended it with West side flavor and turned it into his own unique style. The X Factor has also incorporated R&B, rock and orchestra sounds into his arsenal of music that he performs. Rappers that have influenced him includes: 2 Pac, KRS One, Common, DMX and the Sugar Hill Gang.

Born in Atlanta Georgia, as Paul Walton Jr, The X Factor grew up raising his two younger sisters while his mother maintained two jobs and went to school. Without the presence of a father-figure, X was forced to become the man of the house at a very young age. At that time he begun to write his frustrations down on paper and began to see the similarities between his writings and rap music and began to have a passion for the art.

During his time in the United States Air Force, he picked up the name "The X Factor" and was known within rap circles for his lyrical word play and energy.

After completing four years in the military, he moved out to Las Vegas Nevada in 2002. In 2003 he teamed up with Bay Area and Vegas producer J Seph and began to make a name.

Certain Songs have been played in local clubs and performed as well.
