Bio
We are a Dallas-based band known as They Were Giants, brought together
from the 4 corners of DFW through Craigslist. The 5 members consist of
Louis Lemieux (Guitar), Mark McDonald (Drums), Kevin Whitley (Bass),
Ross Mayfield (Guitar), and Garrett Gullette (Vocals). Growing up all
of us were mesmerized by various bands, and in our minds they were
giants - a level of musical talent and genius we dreamed of one day
obtaining. We've come a long way, and from different backgrounds, to
bring you something that represents each one of us. Our goal is to
bring you passion-driven music straight from the essence of who we are
as people. We all go through hard times, sometimes it's nice to know
you're not the only one. We hope our listeners feel like they can
connect with us and what we are about; we are all fighting the same
fight. So come out, hang with us, and let's make some epic memories
together!
