Lyrics

Everything Is Against Us

Written By: The Year After

This is not where we stop. There is more worth fighting for. Take a breath and leave the rest up to me. Let it be. Is it wrong that all along, we've been afraid? Can we take a step away from this mess that we've made?

I don't want to find out that you've been talking about it. I don't want to come down to find it's over. And I don't want to say "when" but everything is against us. I don't want to come down to find it's over.

What you share has come to wear on every nerve. 'Cause every word that you say just complains of this mess that we've made.

Do you want to live? Do you want to be that different? Do you want to live? Well, I'm not so sure about us. This goes on and on.
