Sounding like a lost refugee from a musical war between Latin America and the Caribbean islands, They Say Jump is an outcast, an orphan given solace on the stages of our summer festivals and parties. A wandering freak show without illusion, TSJ live is a carnival of sounds daring to test your imagination, expectations and screaming ‘dance or I will beat you’. These are the words of ‘Kwabena Adjepong’ the band’s subliminal vocalist, a voice gradually becoming a household audio snippet having worked with the likes of Bobby McFerrin, Goldie as well as performing for Prince Harry at Buckingham Palace. Intricate in arrangement and with tightness that bites, They Say Jump are set to release their second EP ‘All Work No Play’ early in 2012. Long live They Say Jump!
